5. What types of lashes do you offer?
We offer a variety of strip lashes and cluster lashes to suit different styles and occasions.

6. Are your lashes reusable?
Yes! Our strip lashes are designed for daily wear and are reusable up to 15 times with proper care. Our DIY cluster lashes are designed for extended wear, lasting at least 3 days or more with proper application and maintenance.

7. Do your lashes come with glue?
Occasionally we will add a limited edition glue to our collection. Be sure that your signed up to our website so you don't miss out on on new items that come in store! Lash glue is sold separately; however, our DIY cluster lash kits include bond, seal, remover, and tweezers.

​9. Can I wear mascara with my lashes?
It’s best not to apply mascara directly on the lashes to extend their lifespan.

10. How do I remove my lashes?
For strip lashes, gently peel them off from the end corner and use an oil-free makeup remover to clean any residue. from your eyes. If using the DIY cluster lashes, we recommend using your SlayNPortray lash remover and place it at the base of your lashes wait 15 seconds and gently pull them off. 11. I have not received my email confirmation, where is it?

If you do not see the confirmation email in your primary folder, take a look in your junk or spam folder.  You can also do a quick search for "SlayNPortray".

Shipping & Returns FAQs

 

12. How much is shipping?
We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.98

  • Priority Mail Express (Expedited) Shipping: $9.98

13. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 -2 business days.

  • Standard shipping is anywhere between 1 -5 business days.

  • Priority Mail Express shipping is 1 -3 business days.

14. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We plan to ship internationally soon. Check for updates in the newsletter.

15. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

16. What is your return policy?

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only granted for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. No refunds for buyer’s remorse, used products, or shipping delays.

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date (based on tracking information).

  • Process: Customers must email customer support with their order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue.

  • Final Decision: Refund approval is at our discretion. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • No Exceptions: Requests made after the 3 day window will be denied.

Canceling Orders FAQs

17. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@slaynportray.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

18. What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our return policy for further options.

19. Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Our Slay Rewards program lets you earn points for every purchase.

 

20. How do I redeem my Slay Points
Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts.

21. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter for exclusive deals.

22. Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Our Slay It Forward program lets you earn a $10 coupon when your friend makes their first purchase for orders of $35 or more. Same rule applies when the referrer gets the $10 coupon.

24. Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
