SlayNPortray’s lashes are known for their durability and high quality. With proper care, our lashes are reusable up to 15 times. Follow these simple steps to keep your lashes in top condition:

1. Removing Excess Glue
After gently removing your lashes from your eyes, carefully remove any excess glue using your fingers or tweezers. Start at the outer corner of the lash band and gently peel off the glue towards the inner corner. Avoid tugging on the lash band, as this can distort its shape and loosen the hairs. Treat your lashes as you would your own—delicately. Once cleaned, store your lashes in their original box to maintain their shape.

2. Cleaning Your Lashes
To clean your lashes, place them flat on a paper towel. Use a cotton swab (Q-tip) lightly dipped in warm, soapy water to gently roll it over the lashes, removing any makeup or debris. Once dry, use a clean eyelash brush to comb through the lashes to restore their shape.

3. Avoid Soaking Your Lashes
Do not soak your lashes in water. Immersing them in water can damage the curl and shape of the lashes. We also recommend refraining from using mascara, particularly waterproof formulas, as this can damage the hair. Instead, apply mascara to your natural lashes before applying your lashes.

4. Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Do not use makeup removers, oil-based products, or harsh chemicals on your lashes. These can compromise the quality of the lash fibers, dull their natural shine, and distort their shape and curl. Additionally, oil-based solutions can prevent the lash glue from adhering properly. (Note: Cluster lashes have their own remover, so be sure to use the SlayNPortray lash remover for them.)
